Grievance Redressal Cell has been set up in the college to take cognizance of the problems of students. It is monitored by a committee consisting of the principal and senior members of the faculty. Students can put their complaints in the Grievance Box, placed outside the common room. The complaint box is opened on quarterly basis to take up the problems of students and to ensure their speedy redressal. A complaint box ‘Himmat Di Awaaz’ has been set up in the college by the Police Commissionerate of Amritsar, where students can drop their grievances and seek support of the police in a confidential manner. The personal grievances of students are dealt with in the tutorial classes where a teacher is allotted a fixed number of students (approximately 50) to facilitate interaction between students and teachers.
